Our return policy

  • Within 14 days, any unopened items may be returned for a refund
  • Within 14 days, any opened items may be returned for a store credit
  • After 14 days, items may be returned for a store credit
  • After 30 days, all items are final sale
  • We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

If you have a request to cancel or modify the order, we will make every effort to do so provided the order has not been shipped. Please email info@JeSpaShop to arrange the cancellation/modification.

Wrong Product or Damaged Product or Manufacturers Defect

If you receive the wrong product, a damaged product or a product with a defect, we will rectify the issue. Please email to advise the nature of the concern.

Shipping Costs For Returns

The cost of shipping fees on the original order is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund and/or store credit. 

The purchaser is responsible for shipping fees to return the product.

Please ensure the package is marked "RETURN".

If you are shipping a returned item, we ask you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so you have recourse if the package does not arrive. 

Address for Returns

To return your product, please contact us at first with your wish to return.  Then mark the shipment RETURN and ship your product to the address given in our return confirmation email.  

Issuing of Refunds or Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time to process at their end.
