Free Shipping within Canada on all orders over $49

At JeSpaShop.ca, standard shipping Canada Post is free within Canada on all orders over $49, before taxes.

  • Standard Shipping – FREE to all of Canada on orders over $49
  • Standard Shipping – $10 on orders under $49
  • XPressPost (1 Business Day) – $13 on all orders

 

Order Processing

Once you have finished placing your order on JeSpaShop.ca, we begin processing the order immediately.  Note that our team processes orders between Monday and Friday, 10am to 6pm EST. For example, if you place an order Friday night it will begin to be processed Monday morning. 

 

Estimated Delivery Date

Delivery date information is provided by the courier company. Please note that your delivery may arrive before the estimated delivery date. Delays may occur due to circumstances out of our control, such as snowstorms, hurricanes, credit card verification procedures or postal strikes. 

 

In-store Pickup: a practical and free option

If you happen to live near Burlington, Ontario you may also pick up your order without paying any shipping fees. Simply choose this option when you are at the stage of choosing your shipping method in your cart. You will be contacted by email once JeSpa has stocked your order. For security reasons, we oblige you to bring a printout of your receipt, the credit card used to pay for the order, and a piece of identification when you pick up your order. You will also be asked to sign a document attesting to the pickup.

You can easily obtain the amount of shipping fees you may be paying for your order once you select the method of shipping in your shopping cart.

 

Receiving and picking up orders

For all receptions of orders, we require a signature confirming that you have indeed received your order. This protects both you and JeSpaShop.ca from cases of theft or conflict in the case of a delivery error.  Although estimated delivery dates are almost always respected, we suggest you leave a window of 3 business days between the date of delivery and the date you absolutely require your order. This way if the courier company arrives when you are out, you will have ample time to pick it up from the post office. 

 

Where to have your order delivered

The courier companies we use to ship your orders deliver throughout the day, but usually between 9am and 6pm. Because a signature is required to take possession of all our shipments, we suggest having your order delivered to your usual daytime location. That way you increase your chances of being able to have your order delivered to you and being present to sign for it, and saving you the hassle of having to pick it up at the nearest post office.Ensure that you provide us with the correct and complete address to prevent incurring any return shipping fees if the courier cannot deliver the package to the address indicated.

 

Refusing delivery of a package, not claiming a package or wrong address

If you refuse your order at your door during delivery, it will be returned to JeSpa in Burlington, Ontario. The fees associated with the return delivery are charged to us. The same outcome will occur to packages that are either undeliverable because no one is home during the multiple delivery attempts or the package is not picked up from the local post office after X amount of days. The rules differ depending on the courier. Here are the links to Canada Post concerning this subject. Orders which you have had delivered to the wrong address or not given the complete address will also be returned to us. With exception of delivery refusals due to a damaged package or an address error that was not your fault, we here at JeSpaShop.ca are not responsible for shipping or customs fees, or any other tax related to returning a package to us. For orders within Canada, an amount of $25 will be deducted from your reimbursement to cover the incurred shipping fees. 

 

Tracking Your Order

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number for the order and the delivery carrier’s URL. To review the status of your order, select the link to the carrier’s website and follow directions to enter your tracking number.
